Our Story
Founded in 2022, Plexusoft LLC was born from a simple observation: the organizations that need technology the most — small residential care facilities, understaffed data teams, growing enterprises — are the ones least served by the industry.
We started as a data engineering and cloud consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies like Geico, Shell Energy, and CliftonLarsonAllen. That work continues today — building real-time data pipelines, modernizing cloud infrastructure, and designing enterprise architectures that scale.
But our founder's experience as a Licensed Child Care Administrator running a residential treatment center revealed a massive gap: small care facilities were managing HHSC compliance, staff scheduling, and operations with paper binders and spreadsheets. Enterprise platforms like Therap cost $24K-48K/year — out of reach for most.
So we built what we wished existed: an RTC management platform that's affordable, purpose-built, and designed by someone who actually runs a facility.

Frankfurt Macmoses, PhD
Founder & CEO
Frankfurt leads Plexusoft with over a decade of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, AI solutions, and cloud-native ecosystems for Fortune 500 organizations. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering — majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science as applied to Computational Systems Biology — from Prairie View A&M University, and an MBA from Business School Netherlands, bringing both technical depth and business acumen to every engagement.
Under his leadership, Plexusoft delivers end-to-end solutions spanning GenAI, MLOps, predictive analytics, and enterprise architecture across Azure, AWS, and Databricks environments — all built with governance controls aligned to HIPAA, FDA, and enterprise compliance standards.
A TOGAF- and ArchiMate-certified enterprise architect, Frankfurt specializes in connecting complex technology ecosystems — Databricks, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle — into unified, scalable platforms that drive measurable business outcomes.
As a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) who operates a residential treatment center, he brings firsthand operational insight to Plexusoft's healthcare platform — ensuring the software solves real problems faced by facility administrators every day.
